After some years of working professionally on the sidelines of the Andorra property market, we saw an unmet demand for Andorran buyer agents. Wanting to bring together our expertise on Andorra real estate, architecture, and surveying, we opened Pierce&Sharp, in hope that we could help the expat population successfully navigate the property market in Andorra with the utmost professionalism and transparency.

The Founders of Pierce & Sharp
Guy Sharp graduated with a degree in interior architecture in 2008 and completed the Andorran Real Estate exams with the AGIA (the Andorran Professional Real Estate Association) in 2019. He worked for several years in a property development firm after graduation and then turned his hand to relocation consultancy. He comes with 8 years’ experience advising on Andorra real estate investments while working as an Andorran relocation manager. He speaks English, Catalan, French and Spanish natively.
Elizabeth Pierce graduated in Applied Languages and is currently studying a Master’s in Real Estate Science, which will lead her onto training to become a RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) surveyor and valuator. This will help make Pierce & Sharp the only realtor agency with a RICS surveyor on the team in Andorra, and Elizabeth the only RICS chartered surveyor in Andorra. She has 3 years’ experience consulting directly on the Andorran real estate market and has a strong background in relocation consultancy also. She speaks English natively, Spanish and Catalan to near native standards, medium level French and basic Italian and Romanian.
